Fitness

I just signed up to a gym last nite.. yaaaaaay after so many years. Now i got a gym membership at Fitness Network.

Had my first workout at 7am this morning. was pretty easy. Not so unfit after all. For 1 1/2 hours.. not bad eh.. Going for more tomorrow or day after :)

Do pray i keep this up.. Maybe at the end of the year.. you'll see a different person.. slimmer, beefier tougher and happier of course!!

I don't remember if I informed all of yous that my band name has now changed to Vertigo.. but .. that may change some time soon.. who knows what we'll come up with next.. we decided on Vertigo based on this premise

1. We were tired of S.O.S ... which stands for.. *it's still a secret*.. hahahah
2. Chris' email is vertigo_my@yahoo.com easier to identify
3. We like to play the song Vertigo by U2
